Below are some terms and conditions you should know before placing an order :
 
Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a seller are born by the buyer. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
 
Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $75,  we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover all your cost.
 
In addition, we require buyers to make open-package inspection before signing for receiving. Once sign for receiving, we do not accept returns for the reason of product quality.We are willing to accept return or exchange request within 7 days if items are kept in their original condition, and the round-trip shipping fees are born by buyers.

Refunds and Cancellation
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
We Do NOT Accept Cancellations On orders in our store! However, due to business expenses of processing an order there is a 25% Cancellation fee if the Order is cancelled.
